卢·理查兹，Born to a military family Lou Richards attended Scotch Plains Fanwood High School in New Jersey and Brunswick High School in Maine. He also attended schools in Hawaii,Alabama and California. As a student at Texas Tech University, Lou got involved in college radio at KTXT.
