Neal Orion，Born to a US Naval sailor & Japanese mother, Neal spent half of his life overseas on the Pacific Islands of Hawaii & Japan. His family returned to the United States in the early nineties, where he attended high schools in Kenosha, Wisconsin, & South Whitley, Indiana, respectively.
