伊莉卡·帕米尔坦，Born as Angelica Dupaya Pamintuan on November 8, 1970 in Angeles City, Philippines. She and her older brother were raised by their grandmother, whom she calls "Nanay" - translates to "mother" in Tagalog (main dialect in the Philippines). At 11 years old, she and her brother relocated to Cerritos, California.
