改编自挪威作家拉什·索比耶·克里斯滕森处女作《披头士》，该书是一本以披头士乐队命名，披头士专辑曲目为章节名，披头士音乐盛行的年代为时代背景下的青春/成长小说。讲述了四个奥斯陆男孩欢乐、叛逆、颓靡和重生的青春岁月。他们热爱摇滚，崇拜披头士，并分别以乐队成员的名字为自己取了绰号。他们对未来充满希望和迷惘，虽然有着截然不同的个性和处世哲学，但他们的命运还是因为深厚的友情紧紧缠结在了一起。
